As a Senior Executive / Executive in Financial Operations, you'll collaborate with dynamic teams to streamline and review processes, as well as running financial operations such as including processing of payments to staff and vendors, leverage advanced technologies, and drive continuous improvement.

• Work with business units to ensure seamless and timely processing of vendor payments, while adhering to stringent internal policies • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain precision in financial records • Use technology tools such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) to optimize efficiency and eliminate redundant tasks. • Any other task assigned by supervisors

• Minimum ’A’ levels, with a passion for financial operations and keen to be part of innovation. • Preferably with 1 year of experience, but no working experience are also welcome to apply • Strong technology knowledge, with familiarity on automation tools, will be added advantage • Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP, with a keen eye for detail and ability to problem-solve • Possess good communication and able to work well with people • Independent team player who is organised, confident and adaptable to new and changing environment • Open to challenges, work under pressure and keen to thrive in a dynamic environment All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
