What you will be working on
We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team. In this role, you will manage youth engagement initiatives, plan co-creation initiatives and implement initiatives that strengthen youth interpersonal relationships with youths and partners.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners to plan youth engagement activities such as co-creation and community building
• Actively engage youths and support them to work with partners to bring their co-created ideas to life
• Coordinate and project manage deliverables with youths and partners
• Build and maintain relationships with brands and community partners to amplify key messaging and support youths' co-created initiatives
• Create safe, inclusive spaces where all youths feel welcome to share experiences and learn from each other
• Co-create with partners on ways to be youth enablers, adopting and championing messaging that encourages youths to prioritise better interpersonal relationships
What we are looking for
• A people person with genuine passion for working with youths
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage youths regularly
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
• Event planning and management experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Proficient in creating communications materials and content
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of youths and partnerships
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
