Senior Manager (Partnerships Division - Youth), FLG/PTR

We strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. This PTR- Youth team seeks to develop an ecosystem of partners and volunteers to promote strong family values and interpersonal relationships among youths in Singapore.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force to lead strategic youth engagement initiatives, develop strategic narratives to empower young people as change advocates and drive collaborative partnerships that promote strong interpersonal relationships amongst youths. Job Responsibilities: • Empower and groom youths to champion strong interpersonal relationships • Build a network of youth advocates to co-create initiatives and campaigns with brands and community partners • Grow a pool of partners to mentor and co-create with youths • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across diverse sectors • Mentor and support youths to implement their ideas by identifying and working with the right partners • Build and maintain relationships with brands and community partners to amplify key messaging and support youths' co-created initiatives • Create safe, inclusive spaces where all youths feel welcome to share experiences and learn from each other • Co-create with partners on ways to be youth enablers, adopting and championing messaging that encourages youths to prioritise better interpersonal relationships

• A people person with genuine passion for working with youths • Strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with youths, brand partners and stakeholders • Event management experience • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of youths and partnerships • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends You'll thrive in this role if you're energised by building win-win partnerships, if you see patterns where others see chaos, and if you can articulate a compelling vision that mobilises diverse partners whilst empowering youths to bring that vision to life.
