What you will be working on
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and various operations reporting.
- Analyse data trends and provide insights to support decision-making across teams.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports.
Data Management and Compliance:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Manage data collection processes and optimise workflows for efficiency.
- Work with IT teams to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Insights:
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for management.
- Support strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation through analytics.
Process and Operation Policy Review:
- Review and refine departmental processes and operational policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of policies with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
Budgeting and Budget Management:
- Develop and manage departmental budgets to support department operations and alignment with organisational goals.
- Monitor budget utilisation and provide regular updates to management.
What we are looking for
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
