Responsibilities:
• Be a member in the OM team for the day-to-day operations and management of office building, facilities, security, projects and office space planning in AGC.
• Oversees and manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) vendor and administration of the contract to ensure maintenance of the office premises is efficiently managed and in accordance to contract requirements.
• Ensures vendors meet the contractual obligations and goods/ services are delivered in accordance with the service agreements.
• Manages current processes and systems and to develop and execute improvement plans to enhance operations and internal stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversees the management of office equipment and furniture, maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services/ systems, Fire protection system, VOIP systems, AVVC system and facilities operations with the in-house IFM, including service requests, and fault reporting.
• Oversees the testing and maintenance of the Fire Alarm System, Fire Protection System and PA System, including comms to affected officers.
• Management of public utilities and telecommunications usage including verifying and monitoring payment.
• Oversees the management/ stock take of AGC fixed assets and inventories and Records Management filing in accordance with relevant guidelines.
• Prepares AOR papers, ITQ/ ITT specifications, calling, evaluating and award of tenders for contracts and putting up approval papers for the procurement of items/ contracts under the portfolio.
• Provides support in other portfolio such as projects management, events/logistics management, workplace safety and health, emergency preparedness and inventory stock management (where required).
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Operations Department.

Requirements:
• Qualifications in Building, Projects & Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in managing IFM/ MEP system/ project management or equivalent.
• Familiar in government procurement and financial Instruction Manuals is preferred.
• Possess good writing and communication skills.
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive mindset, meticulous, result-oriented and analytical.
• Strong team player and ability to work independently.
