You will be part of the Finance & Procurement Administration Division. This strategic role focuses on advanced resource planning, data analytics, and stakeholder advisory to support NLB's long-term planning and strategic outcomes.

What you will be working on

Advanced Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead strategic engagement with divisions on resource planning and utilisation
  • Conduct targeted consultations to understand business needs and strategic requirements
  • Provide expert advisory on resource optimisation for strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate better alignment between financial resources and strategic outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across divisions to enhance collaborative resource planning

Enhanced Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Implement data-driven monitoring systems and dashboard development
  • Lead improvements in data storytelling and presentation to transform complex financial information into compelling narratives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for resource allocation based on comprehensive analysis
  • Transform complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics that link resource utilisation to strategic outcomes

Strategic Resource Planning and Advisory:

  • Conduct strategic analysis to ensure resources are prioritised based on cost-benefit considerations
  • Provide strategic advice on resource allocation to achieve NLB's strategic outcomes
  • Support project governance frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead the development of business cases for strategic initiatives with enhanced analytical rigour
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource allocation decisions and recommend improvements

What we are looking for

  • Two to six years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategic planning or business partnering roles
  • Good analytical capabilities with interest in strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and interest in developing data insights and visualisation capabilities
  • Ability to understand the link between financial resources and strategic outcomes
  • Good command of English with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong team player with good business acumen

The successful applicant will first be appointed on a 2-year contract basis.
