What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities: Support project delivery through business analysis activities, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse current business processes and user journeys for eligibility checking services and SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit redesign
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder sessions
- Design and validate user flows and system integration touchpoints
- Support technical teams with system integration requirements
- Assist with user acceptance testing and vendor coordination
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic understanding of business process mapping preferred
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and in teams
