What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities: Support project delivery through business analysis activities, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse current business processes and user journeys
- Gather and document business requirements in the form of user stories
- Design and validate user flows and system integration touchpoints
- Support technical teams with system integration requirements
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in data management and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and in teams
