Digital Learning Content Development (Temporary), GITD

Content Development Support - Assist in developing competency roadmaps for Automation, AI, and Innovation & Experimentation tracks under guidance from programme leads. Support the creation of e-learning modules on a learning platform by researching content, formatting materials, and ensuring consistency across modules. Help design simple interactive elements and practical exercises that make learning engaging and applicable. Learning Material Creation - Create visual aids, infographics, and presentation materials that simplify complex digital concepts for public officers. Assist in writing clear, jargon-free content that explains AI, automation, and innovation concepts to non-technical audiences. Support the development of quick reference guides, checklists, and job aids that officers can use in their daily work. Programme Administration - Help organise and coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and programme activities. Assist in gathering participant feedback and compiling programme metrics. Support documentation of programme processes and maintain organised filing systems for learning materials and resources. Research & Content Curation - Research best practices in digital learning and capability building from other organisations. Curate relevant articles, videos, and resources that can supplement the programme content. Stay updated on basic trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation to support content relevance.
