What the role is

Communications & Marketing • Develop and send regular EDMs to programme participants • Create engaging content including success stories and programme updates • Manage programme social media and internal communications • Design promotional materials for events and activities • Coordinate recognition and celebration communications Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with various external parties and training providers on scheduling and logistics • Coordinate with POCs on programme outreach • Track participation and engagement metrics • Prepare basic reports on programme activities Event Planning & Experience Design • Plan and execute community events including showcases, networking sessions, and celebration gatherings • Design engaging experiences that build relationships and encourage continued community participation • Coordinate hackathons, innovation challenges, and collaborative problem-solving events • Manage logistics for community activities including venue coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up • Create virtual and hybrid engagement opportunities to maximise participation across divisions • Develop signature community events that become anticipated highlights of the programme calendar Communications & Marketing • Develop and send regular email communications to programme participants • Create engaging content including success stories and programme updates • Manage programme communications and internal channels • Design promotional materials for events and activities • Coordinate recognition communications Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with external partners and training providers on scheduling and logistics • Coordinate with various contacts on programme outreach activities • Track participation and engagement metrics across programme activities • Prepare reports on programme activities and outcomes Event Planning & Experience Design • Plan and execute community events including showcases, hackathons, and networking sessions, • Design engaging experiences that build relationships and encourage continued participation • Coordinate innovation challenges and collaborative problem-solving events • Manage logistics for community activities including venue coordination and materials preparation

What we are looking for

• Background Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field • At least 2-4 years’ experience in marketing communications and event planning • Strong creative and design skills with ability to create engaging visual and written content • Experience coordinating events and managing multiple stakeholders • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail • Comfortable with digital marketing tools and event management platforms • Interest in Tech Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
