Assistant Director/Senior Manager (Talent Management)

You will be part of the HR Partner and Talent Management Team under the Human Resource Department, Corporate Development Division. You will be involved in the planning, developing, and implementing of the various talent management initiatives and programmes to attract, retain and develop officers through meaningful career development opportunities to ensure a strong talent pipeline in MDDI Family.

- Develop, refine, and implement talent management and career development frameworks, policies, and initiatives for MDDI Family, to build a future ready and competent workforce within the MDDI Family. - Oversee and manage career pathway and planning to facilitate deployment exercises such as postings and secondments to gain critical experiences and hone useful skills. - Manage and facilitate succession planning discussions to ensure healthy leadership renewal and a steady talent pipeline across the MDDI Family. - Manage and facilitate crucial conversations and discussions on talent development and management across the MDDI Family, including serving as secretariat for the MDDI Family Talent Development Committee meetings to discuss talent matters on a regular cadence.

- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of Talent Management or equivalent areas. - Meticulous, with good conceptual, organisation, analytical and writing skills. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders.
