Finance Systems Transformation is a team under the Finance, Systems and Projects (FSP) Directorate in the Ministry of Finance (MOF). We aim to catalyse transformation and digitalisation across the Finance, Procurement and Shared Services functions of the Public Service. Our focus extends to fostering the adoption of the latest technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the ministry to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

What you will be working on
• Collaborate with public agencies such as VITAL, Accountant-General’s Department and Public Service Division to review and enhance service delivery models for Whole of Government (WOG) corporate services. This involves conceptualising and developing transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across government operations.
• Roll out the new Instruction Manual (IM) portal. Key workstreams comprise working with the IT vendor to define business requirements and develop functionalities using Agile methodology; as well as planning and executing change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Promote greater awareness and usage of technologies such as AI within MOF, including running proof-of-concept projects and programmes that demonstrate practical applications and generate compelling use cases for wider implementation.
• Work with Customs to oversee the smooth operation of eGuarantee@Gov, including managing the rollout of system enhancements and ensuring optimal performance.
