What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
• Review and implement an online content strategy (across multiple platforms) as part of integrated comms campaigns, to achieve engagement and strategic communications goals.
• Engage Social Support Group colleagues, Social Service Offices and partners to co-create content ideas, identify human interest stories for social media profiling, and produce content.
• Conduct regular content audits and review content performance, social media marketing strategy, and strategic comms indicators to assess effectiveness of the content marketing strategy.
• Carry out social listening and sensemaking of data to distil insights that inform content strategy.
• Manage our social media community engagement to address audience concerns.
• Manage digital agency vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables that meet expectations.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
• Background in Digital communications, Mass communications, Journalism or equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills, with a flair for social media storytelling.
• Strong critical analysis skills, with an ability to engage the public online and render assistance in a personable way.
• Experience with social media content creation and strategy, social media marketing and management tools, social media platforms, and social listening/monitoring tools.
• Experience with vendor management, or creative agency experience.
• Working knowledge of photography/photo editing, videography/video editing will be an advantage.
• Other Competencies: Self-driven, adaptable, meticulous, able to manage various stakeholders, able to multi-task and deliver under pressure, a good team player
