Description of Division - Family Support Division (FSP): We focus on providing a continuum of support for mainstream and early-risk families in the areas of marriage, divorce and family counselling support.

What you will be working on

As part of the service management team at FSP, you will design, implement, manage, and review services to support couples and families who faced stressors and greater challenges in their marriage and family life journey. The service management team also participates in policy discussions led by the policy teams from other MSF divisions and government agencies to provide views on operational angle. On a day-today basis, you will partner divisions in MSF, the Family Justice Courts, the Syariah Court and social service agencies (SSAs) to develop solutions in the best interest of these families. Responsibilities: • Communicate programme and service requirements to MSF-appointed SSAs operating the Strengthening Families Programme (FAM) • Ensure smooth operations at MSF-appointed SSAs through coordinating and supporting case discussions and conferences for complex cases, conducting audits, addressing operational concerns, and providing process updates • Serve as the point of contact for court referrals, facilitating inter-agency collaboration and developing aligned solutions • Review and analyse court referral data to generate insights and enhance understanding of client needs • Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Court Referrals and FAM Service Management to ensure processes remain current and effective • Handle public queries, feedback and appeal • Support media and parliamentary queries, and media engagement • Provide secretariat support for internal and external meetings with partners and stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Relevant qualifications, preferably in social work, psychology, counselling, or related discipline • A keen attitude to adopt client centric empathy to families who faced challenges during and after a divorce • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Good problem solving and system thinking skills • Basic knowledge in data analytics to derive statistics to understand trends, profile, and interpret research/evaluation findings in supporting FAM’s work • Strong project management skills and adaptability to change • A team player who is willing to commit to a fast paced albeit fulfilling work Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 4 weeks from the closing date of this position.
