Senior Executive (Talent Acquisition), Human Resource Division (2-year contract)

Serve as a strategic recruitment partner responsible for managing the complete talent acquisition lifecycle whilst driving organisational excellence through effective stakeholder engagement. This role combines operational recruitment expertise with strategic advisory capabilities to support the Ministry's talent objectives.

Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial manpower planning through to successful onboarding, serving as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates. As the designated subject matter expert, to collaborate closely with business leaders to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract talent aligned with organisational goals and values. This includes conducting/designing targeted sourcing approaches and ensuring seamless candidate experiences throughout the selection process. - Manage internship programmes from attraction to completion by creating meaningful development opportunities for emerging talent whilst meeting organisational objectives. - Review policies, processes and systems to ensure that the various functions are streamlined and kept pace with the best practices - Work in partnership with various HR teams to enhance the Ministry's employer value proposition through strategic branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation's position as an employer of choice.

Personal Traits • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR business partnership role and/or recruitment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Familiar with SAP system • Savvy with AI tools • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
