What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial manpower planning through to successful onboarding, serving as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates. As the designated subject matter expert, to collaborate closely with business leaders to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract talent aligned with organisational goals and values. This includes conducting/designing targeted sourcing approaches and ensuring seamless candidate experiences throughout the selection process.
- Manage internship programmes from attraction to completion by creating meaningful development opportunities for emerging talent whilst meeting organisational objectives.
- Review policies, processes and systems to ensure that the various functions are streamlined and kept pace with the best practices
- Work in partnership with various HR teams to enhance the Ministry's employer value proposition through strategic branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation's position as an employer of choice.

• [Process Management] To understand the interconnections between systems, processes, and people, whilst applying analytical tools and methodologies such as project management, benchmarking, and process re-engineering.
• [Recruitment & Employer Branding] To articulate and promote the organisation's unique identity, effectively positioning it as an employer of choice within the competitive talent market.
• [Employee Experience] To deliver seamless, positive employee service journeys that reflect the organisation's employee value proposition and brand identity.
Personal Traits
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR business partnership role and/or recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with SAP system
• Savvy with AI tools
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
This is a 2-year contract position.
