We are seeking a motivated HR Officer to join our Manpower Planning team and support the development of an agile and future-ready workforce to achieve MinLaw's strategic objectives.
You will work closely with senior team members to support workforce planning initiatives and contribute to MinLaw's transformation efforts. This role offers excellent learning opportunities in strategic workforce planning, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement while supporting the organisation's manpower needs.

What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities/Competencies:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning Support
• Assist in data collection processes and maintain workforce databases to support trend analysis
• Support senior colleagues in understanding business goals and their impact on workforce requirements
• Contribute to workforce data analysis under guidance and help identify patterns in demand and supply
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and assist in documenting workforce planning discussions
• Support the implementation of workforce planning interventions across different functions
2. Data Management & Basic Analytics
• Collect and organise workforce data according to established requirements and procedures
• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summary reports for senior review
• Create simple charts and visualisations to present findings clearly
• Assist in evaluating data collection processes and suggest improvements
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review
3. Organisation Structure Support
• Assist in reviewing organisation charts and documenting structural changes
• Support job evaluation processes and maintain job grading documentation
• Help prepare materials for organisation design discussions and reviews
What we are looking for
Requirements:
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data handling
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Eager to learn about public sector HR practices and systems
• Adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
This is a 2-year contract position.
