Manager (Finance & Audit) - Overseas

You oversee finance governance and enforce finance policies in an overseas entity to ensure the relevance of finance policies. You will be based overseas for this position.

- Provide advisory support throughout all stages of audit processes - Assist in replies and clarifications with auditors during actual audits - Provide recommendations on audit findings and compliance matters - Ensure timely closure of follow-up actions for audit matters - Implement finance policies and guidelines across the entity's operations Challenge(s) - Maintaining firm stance when dealing with senior officers on deviations against financial guidelines - Seeking ways to continuously improve the overseas entity's accounting system through automation

- Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, with professional certifications being advantageous - At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations - Strong expertise in internal audit management and delivery, governance and risk management, and tax compliance - Proficiency in financial reporting, financial operations and controls, and budget planning and administration - Experience in business transformation and process improvement initiatives - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently in an overseas environment Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
