What the role is

The Communications and Engagement Division (CED) develops high quality digital content on owned channels and with content partners to highlight the Ministry of Community, Culture and Youth (MCCY)’s initiatives & policies. This is done through active stakeholder engagement, and the strategic management and execution of integrated publicity campaigns across mass and online media platforms to raise public awareness and support for MCCY’s vision to build a cohesive and inclusive community. The role The intern will be part of the digital team and help produce engaging online content to support MCCY objectives. The role offers hands-on experience in digital communications and content creation for public policy and community engagement campaigns.

What you will be working on

• Plan, propose, and create posts, videos, and online content for MCCY social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) • Produce fresh content ideas that garner support and buy-in for MCCY initiatives • Monitor social media trends to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement • Provide admin and logistical support for digital campaigns and events • Provide input for third party content providers and ongoing publicity campaigns

What we are looking for

• A creative and outgoing individual with strong interest in social media, story-telling, and public communications. • Good written and visual communication skills • Familiarity with online trends and photo/video editing tools Application Details: We are seeking interns who can commit on a part/full-time basis for a max of 3 months any period from Jan 2026 to Aug 2026 To apply: • Please submit your CV/ resume • Indicate your internship availability period
