The Government Partnerships & Engagement Group (GPEG) contributes to the development of a collaborative government that empowers partnerships and engagement (PE) with citizens for a better Singapore. It does this through the development of public sector capabilities in partnerships and engagement, external partnerships and the design and organisation of Whole-of-Government (WOG) PE initiatives.
Within GPEG, the Planning and Development team manages the Central Stakeholder Repository (CSR), a system that enables WOG officers to coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and share engagement insights across agencies.
The intern will spearhead the enhancement of the CSR system adoption by researching and mapping the user journey and creating comprehensive training materials. Through this, the intern will gain hands-on experience with stakeholder management systems in the Public Service, and insight into how coordinated approaches enhance citizen engagement. The intern will apply research, documentation and multimedia content creation skills whilst engaging with officers across government agencies.
