This is a 3-month undergraduate internship focused on transformation within MCCY.
Your work will directly impact how citizens experience government services - from streamlining processes that currently cause frustration to introducing solutions that make interactions more citizen-centric and efficient. This portfolio will also address how MCCY's officers work internally, exploring tools and AI solutions that can free up time from administrative tasks, allowing our teams to focus on higher-value work that better serves communities.
This role offers you the opportunity to see government transformation from the inside, understand how policy intentions translate into citizen experiences, and contribute to meaningful change that affects citizens and MCCY colleagues.
