What the role is

Serves as an administrator and facilitator to engage the Constituency Offices and community partners to engage, onboard and support merchants and hawkers.

What you will be working on

Merchant and Resident Engagement:

a) Work closely with the Senior Manager to engage the Constituency Offices and community partners to engage, onboard and support merchants and hawkers

b) Work with Senior Manager and CDC Ambassadors in engaging merchants and residents

c) Gather human interest stories

Manage and supervise CDC Ambassadors:     

a) Assist the Senior Manager in managing the performance, professional development, welfare and morale of the CDC Ambassadors

Manage Enquiries/Feedback:

a)  Investigate and craft responses to address queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders

b)  Handle referrals/queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders

c) Follow up on technical/operational issue with stakeholders

d) Gather feedback

Reports & Other duties

a) Work closely with stakeholders on the preparation of regular/ad-hoc reports.

Undertake other initiatives assigned including event launches, etc

What we are looking for

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience – experience in leading a small team would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and data analytical skills
• Strong team-player and self-starter
• Good relationship management
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work weekends on an as-needed basis
