Manager / Human Resource (Contract)
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be working on the following projects:
1. Track completion of training (developing automated workflows to trigger reminder emails, identify incomplete training records)
2. Identify training gaps from staff Individual Development Plans (IDP) (developing automated workflows to extract key training insights)
3. Training dashboard (Design and Develop Power BI dashboards to provide clear, insightful training data visualisations to enchance data-driven decision-making)
4. Robotic Process Automation Development Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and similar RPA tools for other HR processes
5. Support HR Personnel Files Digitalisation Project
What we are looking for
- A self-motivated and adaptable team player with resilience and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Power Query and Power Automate, as well as data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities in identifying and suggesting process automation solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Python will be useful.
This role provides foundational experience for careers in digital transformation, process automation, or HR technology, offering exposure to system implementation, and business process improvements.
