The Corporate and Finance division is seeking a detailed-orientated Manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The Manager is expected to collaborate closely with multiple divisions and provide support in planning, budgeting, forecasting activities as well as oversee grant reimbursement process.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Provide robust financial analysis and insightful recommendations to management, enabling data-driven decisions to foster organisational growth.
• Partner with various divisions to track, manage, and optimise operational and project requirements within allocated annual budget(s) or project funding.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of organisation’s annual budget, forecast and long-term projections.
• Prepare and present management reports or dashboards, monitor key metrics and provide detailed variance analysis of divisions’ budget utilisation or forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely review and claiming of government grants, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
• Streamline processes and reporting through automation and use of data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau).
• Support ongoing process improvement(s) and participate in system enhancement project(s) as required.
What we are looking for
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, able to analyse large scale data sets.
• Skilled in the use of data visualisation tools for presentation(s) and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with track record of engaging stakeholders across all levels.
• Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
