Campus Infrastructure Transformation Support: Assist the HTA Campus Infrastructure Transformation project team in implementing a comprehensive scope of works across the entire campus to modernise and future-proof training infrastructure, including coordination of upgrading activities and stakeholder engagement. There is also a need to work with consultants and interior designers to prepare artistic impressions on some of these facilities for HTA Workplan Seminar 2026. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct regular scheduled inspections and surprise audits to verify that contractors fulfil maintenance obligations and cleanliness standards according to contractual specifications. Process Improvement and Innovation: Review existing internal processes and develop proposals for enhancing standard operating procedures on estate management and logistics management practices. Logistics Coordination: Arrange and coordinate logistics support for daily operations and events, including space allocation, equipment deployment, and provision of manpower support from contractors.

Candidates with degrees in Sustainability Studies, Smart Building Technologies, or other fields with relevant coursework in property management, infrastructure development, or emerging technologies will also be considered. Relevant Experience: Previous internship experience in estate management, facilities management, project management, or related roles would be advantageous in supporting both routine operations and transformation project activities. Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to organise tasks, documents and schedules for multiple projects, and the ability to analyse issues and contribute to finding effective solutions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with contractors, project teams, facility users, and stakeholders. Work Style and Collaboration: Ability to work independently whilst being an effective team player. Task Management and Prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
