You will join a team of HR professionals to support HDB’s efforts to recruit and retain the right talent. As a Human Resource Executive, you will work alongside HR Managers to deliver key human resource functions whilst having opportunities to contribute to technology-driven HR initiatives.

What you will be working on
You will be supporting the HR Managers across several core areas, including recruitment exercises for various job families, internal staff movements and staff exit processes, and re-employment of staff.
You will also have the opportunity to take part in HR digitalisation projects to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
What we are looking for
You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, meticulous and also able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in conducting user acceptance testing for HR systems will be advantageous.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
