What the role is

You will join a team of HR professionals to recruit and retain the right talent for the HDB.

What you will be working on

You will handle the end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment and selection activities, and actively participate in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities to position HDB as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will support the review and digitalisation of HR systems to enhance productivity and streamline processes. You may also play a key role in managing employee relations matters and support officers through the employee life cycle, ensuring positive employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding transitions.

What we are looking for

You should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with experience in recruitment for ICT or communications and engagement will have an added advantage.
