The Vice Principal (Administration) is a key member of the school management team, responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of school administration, finance and operations. The role involves overseeing the administrative staff, the school’s budget and finances, and ensuring that the school complies with all relevant regulations and policies.

What you will be working on
• Develop the school’s strategic policies and plan, and drive continuous improvement as part of the school management team
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures as well as alignment with the school’s strategic plan
• Oversee matters relating to finance, procurement, HR, facilities, student-related administration and operations
• Lead and motivate the school’s team of Executive and Administrative Staff, including training and performance management, to ensure that the school’s administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Build collaborative partnerships and actively engage key stakeholders to build positive relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
What we are looking for
• At least 10 years of experience in general management including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Prior experience in strategic planning, finance and human resource management would be an advantage
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills
• Passionate about education and interacting with students
• A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
