What the role is

The job holder is responsible for project coordination and support of the upcoming new building and the renewal of HTA’s training & learning (T&L) facilities and common facilities.

What you will be working on

• Liaising with the HTX B&I team, project consultant teams, contractors and internal stakeholders on the new building and facilities renewal projects requirements. • Ensuring that stakeholders’ requirements are met in proposals and documents. • Work with HTX B&I to organise and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, formulating resolutions and making recommendations for stakeholders and management’s concurrence. • Work with HTX B&I, contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. • Track and report progress of ongoing projects to management. • Facilitates inspections and handovers of completed projects and defects rectification works. • Ensuring all project documentations are accurate and maintained appropriately. • Carry out administrative aspects of projects such as raising of Purchase Orders and ensuring timely payments of projects. • Assist in providing logistics support for HTA’s events. • Establish and review policies and processes on HTA’s facilities management and logistics support. • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

• Degree/Honours Degree in Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • 2-4 years of experience in estate management, facilities management, project management or related roles. • Good organisational, problem-solving and management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proactive and detail-orientated with high level of professionalism. • Able to work independently and be a team player. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. This is a contract post that will expire in Dec 2027.
