You will perform data analysis and interpretation as part of the Analytics Team under the Communications Analytics Division (CAD), supporting the transformation of diverse data sources into actionable insights that guide policies, messaging and outreach.

Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- You will analyse diverse datasets such as quantitative, qualitative or unstructured data (e.g. public sentiment, stakeholder feedback, environmental scans) using statistical methods and analytical techniques to uncover patterns and generate insights. This involves data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and validating findings to support evidence-based decision-making of diverse stakeholders.
Data Quality & Methodology
- You will support the development and implementation of protocols for data collection and annotation processes, ensuring that both quantitative and qualitative sentiment analyses are built on high-quality data foundations.
Automation & Visualisation
- You will support efforts to automate processes, develop data visualisations (such as dashboards), and implement technological solutions that enable timely sentiment understanding to inform policies, communications, and public engagement strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- You will work closely with policy teams and stakeholders to effectively communicate analytical findings and insights. This includes presenting complex data analysis in clear, accessible formats and supporting data-driven discussions to inform decision-making processes.
