Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

What the role is

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Continuing Education & Training programmes. You will work closely with internal schools, industry partners, and public or corporate clients to ensure smooth programme operations and excellent service delivery.

What you will be working on

Stakeholder Engagement

·       Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as trade associations, corporate clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders such as academic schools and departments.

·       Co-create customised training solutions that meet clients’ and learners’ needs.

·       Ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction

 

Programme Administration & Coordination

·       Manage the end-to-end administration of short courses, customised programmes, and consultancy projects

·       Liaise with sponsoring companies, funding agencies, trainers, programme partners, and participants on all programme-related matters.

·       Respond to enquiries from prospective participants and corporate clients with a strong client-centric mindset.

·       Update website, EDM, social media sites on programme information to ensure accuracy and relevance.

 

Operations & Reporting

·       Manage grant and programme reporting to ensure accurate and timely submissions to relevant funding agencies.

·       Coordinate programme logistics for events, local courses and overseas programmes.

·       Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements

What we are looking for

·       Qualification in any discipline, with at least 5 years of working experience

·       Meticulous and detailed

·       Able to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently and independently

·       Ability to lead process improvements, enhance service delivery workflows, or implement digitalisation initiatives would be an advantage.

·       Proficient in MS office and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Copilot).

·       Strong communication, client-centric, interpersonal skills, and a team player

·       Familiarity with training provider landscape and SkillsFuture initiatives is advantageous
