Executive / Senior Executive / Manager / Senior Manager (Payment), HR Svs Ctr

Leads a small team to manage scheme-related payments, such as Strategic Payments, Team Incentive Awards, eLDS, for MHA officers.

• Work with HTDs and VITAL to process annual Strategic Payments and other scheme related payments for uniformed officers, as well as MHA-wide payments including TIA and mid/year end bonus in the HRP system. This is an end-to-end process from planning the timeline for the execution of payment activities, generation of eligiblity listing to pre and post payment checks. • Coordinate with HTDs and Vital on the management of any payment issues (e.g recovery of wrong payments) to ensure proper closure • Work with HTDs and MHQ Centre of Excellence to conduct policy and process reviews to smoothen processing and for efficient and equitable deviation handling. • Participate in innovation initiatives to enhance efficiency of work processes and improve service experience for officers.

• Meticulous to details and able to work comfortably with data. • Strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders such as HTDs, VITAL etc • Good communication skills - writing and presentations. • Good analytical and critical thinking skills to propose process and policy reviews for streamlining, harmonisation, and automation where possible. • Strong team player, who is open to supervision role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. Knowledge of HRPS would be an advantage.
