What you will be working on
Responsibilities
You will support the Legal Policy Group in drafting of legal documents, memoranda, minutes and correspondence, processing of statutory applications, gazetting of notices and orders and other paralegal-related and administrative tasks. You will also assist in the processing of public enquiries relating to Legal Policy and general matters.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Experience in law firms or paralegal work would be an advantage
• Good writing skills and analytical ability
• Comfortable working with and dealing with voluminous legal documents
• Orientation towards the provision of excellent customer service
• Able to work well both independently and in teams
• Ability to plan and organise work effectively
• Meticulous with eye for details
• Empathy, emotional resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will be offered an 11-month, non-renewable contract.
