What you will be working on
- Design and deliver diploma level lecturing & tutoring duties for both pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET); teaching methods include lectures, tutorials, seminars, and E-Learning
- Mentor and guide students in their holistic development, including supervising learners on industry-based projects
- Plan, coordinate, and implement events, seminars, immersion trips, alumni and other student activities
What we are looking for
- Relevant qualification with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or related fields
- Candidate should possess relevant experience and competencies in one or more of the following areas:
- HR digitalisation & analytics
- HR strategies that enhance motivation and engagement
- Application of organisational psychology concepts to strengthen workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee well-being
- Enterprise change management processes, procedures, and mechanisms
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple projects independently
