What the role is

The Corporate Planning team underpins the operational effectiveness of NSCS by managing administrative functions, knowledge management, procurement, office infrastructure, and compliance with safety and security protocols. As a member of the team, you will be pivotal in fostering a conducive and productive work environment and ensuring the resilience of organisational operations.

What you will be working on

You will work on office facilities management, office renovation and/or upgrades, contract management and general administration, including NSCS’s sustainability reporting. Your tasks will include: • Maintaining and enhancing office facilities to provide a conducive work environment aimed at ensuring officer well-being and productivity. • Office space planning and allocation to address needs requirements as they arise. • Managing and executing office upgrades and renovations, ensuring safety, budget discipline, and minimal disruption to NSCS operations. • Ensuring a secure, safe, and healthy workplace by managing and implementing security, health, and safety measures. • Implement and promote sustainability practices in the workplace and submissions of Environmental Scorecard. • Any other general administration duties as required.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate services functions • Experience with facilities maintenance, procurement, contract management, general administration. Experience in demand aggregation contracts and/or using automation to streamline work processes is advantageous. • Driven and self-motivated; able to work independently and efficiently. • Team player, willing to learn. • Proficient at working with multiple stakeholders. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in project management. • Ability to multitask, organise effectively, and adhere to timelines. • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
