What the role is

About Communications & Engagement Division: MSF’s Communications & Engagement Division (CED) spearheads and executes communication and multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote greater public awareness for MSF’s policies and programmes, grow public trust, and contribute towards MSF’s outcomes of building stronger families, resilient individuals and a caring society.

What you will be working on

You will be part of the team to develop and operationalise engagement and volunteer management policy for our stakeholders and volunteers. This is to help MSF build greater awareness, appreciation and action towards nurturing and building resilient individuals, strong families and a more caring society. Key Responsibilities You will be involved in the following: • Gather and analyse insights and sentiments from various stakeholder groups to inform stakeholder engagement plans. • Design and organise engagements and/or surveys for various issues and public policy reviews, and analyse data collected. • Drive engagement capability development across MSF Family. • Work with divisions to conduct stakeholder engagement reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for partnership. • Deepen engagement with community and key stakeholders to increase willingness to volunteer with MSF. • Steer engagement efforts and processes across the MSF Family and ensure that divisions’ engagement priorities are aligned to MSF’s/WOG’s priority areas. • Report MSF’s engagement efforts at Ministry-level and WOG platforms on a regular basis.

What we are looking for

Requirements: • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills • Pleasant and positive personality, enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds • Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task • Able to work independently and a good team player • Experience in data management, data analysis, design thinking and co-creation will be an advantage
