What the role is

The jobholder will provide office administration support to the National AI Group (NAIG).

What you will be working on

As Executive (Security and Resilience) the jobholder will be responsible for the administrative and operational elements of the work of the National AI Group, such as handling logistics of events, meetings, meals and travels, procurement of corporate gifts, tracking of follow-ups and simple correspondences. The jobholder will also track travel and entertainment budget, and other finances of the National AI Group. The jobholder will also provide secretariat support to CAIO and NAIG Directors.
