What you will be working on
As part of the service resource and planning team at FSP, you will review, formulate and implement key policies and programmes to strengthen families. You will work with data and systems to support the division’s data needs, to enhance service planning and delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internally and externally to develop and refine processes relating to capturing, extracting and sharing of data. This entails gathering of requirements within the team, translating the requirements into system design, prioritising the service requests and system enhancements, and working with stakeholders on implementation.
• Provide input to policy formulation on programmes to support families (e.g. divorce support, family counselling)
• Review programmes and services funded by FSP, such as the Strengthening Families Programme (FAM)
• Review and manage funding agreements and service models of these programmes and services
• Track and report KPIs for funded programmes and services
• Provide Secretariat support for internal and external meetings with partners/stakeholders

• Relevant qualifications in any discipline
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in handling data, including data analysis and visualisation
• Good problem solving and system thinking skills
• Able to work, communicate and engage well with different internal and external stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who is willing to commit to a fast paced albeit fulfilling work
