You are responsible for managing and ensuring smooth operation of the department in areas of regimentation and discipline (R&D), protocol management, and organisation of key parades/ceremonies and official visits to Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute Military Institute (SAFTI MI).

What you will be working on
- Provide guidance in planning, invitation and coordination for key parades and ceremonies
- Organise official visits to SAFTI MI including coordination and protocol arrangements
- Advise and support sub-units on all matters related to regimentation and discipline
Challenge(s)
- Ensuring protocol standards and regimentation and discipline requirements are upheld
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource (HR), Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to regimentation and discipline and protocol management is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
