What you will be working on
- Plan, shortlist and schedule personnel for various courses essential for career advancement and professional development
- Ensure optimal manpower staffing and resource planning
- Facilitate annual performance ranking boards
- Implement and oversee career and performance management policies
- Prepare and consolidate monthly HR updates at HQ level

- Interacting and communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Managing multiple tasks while ensuring timely delivery of results
What we are looking for
- Prior working experience relevant to HR and Career Management is preferred
- Ability to interact and communicate at all levels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English Language (written and oral)
- Self-motivated and independent
- Ability to function well in team setting
