Senior Executive - ActiveSG Partnership & Management (Tenancy)

The incumbent will be part of the team that develop and implement business plans to maximise revenue for commercial properties belonging to Sport Singapore. The primary role would include the marketing and management of leases including managing the technical aspects of fit out, renovations and A&A work in compliance to the Code of Conduct under the Fair Tenancy Framework. Role and Responsibilities: • To execute tender/renewal process and paperwork relating to SportSG’s commercial properties. • To maintain accuracy in the administrative processes relating to leases, licences, tenancies and partnerships. • To implement tight control over arrears to ensure that revenues are duly collected, and bad debts are minimised. • To be the key contact person for all tenants matters. • To support in any other duties as may be assigned. • To collate and work with internal stakeholders including Centre Ops and System Engineering to review and approve Tenants’ fit out, renovation and A&A works. • To work with System Engineering to ensure and follow through tenants’ Electricity Account opening and termination procedures are completed. • To procure and manage consultancy services to implement survey and valuation of SportSG’s commercial properties. • To work with HPB, URA, BCA etc. to ensure that SportSG’s commercial properties comply to requirements. • To work with Sport Infrastructure Group to provide inputs for new or upgraded commercial properties.

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 2 years of working experience in related field • Team player • Independent, self-driven, adaptable, organised and results oriented. • Have initiative and is proactive in problem solving and solution recommendations. • Able to multi-task and work under pressure The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records.
