What you will be working on
- Liaise with staff from the Schools and Centre on attendance, lesson and assessment related matters.
- Assist in the scheduling of assessments.
- Assist in the printing, distribution, archival and disposal of assessment documents, and related logistical matters.
- Assist in the processing and verification of grades, and in the administration of the module grade appeal process
- Assist in the matters related to the conduct of Board of Examiners meetings.
- Setup of assessment structure for modules in the relevant systems.
- Review current procedures and processes related to administration of lessons and assessments and recommend areas for improvement.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the lesson and assessment related functionalities for the relevant system(s) in accordance with the business requirements.
- Perform data extraction and analysis as required
What we are looking for
- Prior relevant work experience in an educational institution would be advantageous.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, and understands the need for data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organising skills, with ability to work within tight timelines
- Ability to use systems with ease
