What you will be working on
You will be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to support seamless operations within and across various departments and initiatives.
Planning and Coordination
Develop operational plans aligned with organisational goals, review work processes for regulatory compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure realistic and well-resourced plans.
Resource Management and Allocation Analyse resource needs, recommend optimal allocation of personnel and budget, monitor utilisation, and identify efficiency improvements while maintaining operational continuity.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting Establish KPIs, monitor operational effectiveness, prepare performance reports, analyse data trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, facilitate meetings, present findings, and maintain clear communication across all levels.
What we are looking for
• Relevant experience in policy, planning and/or enforcement will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge and understanding in application of Workplace Safety and Health legislation will be an advantage.
• Good report writing skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formula, etc) will be an advantage.
• Experience in data-analytics knowledge and data visualization such as Tableau, Power BI preferred.
