Temp, Global Workforce (2 months)

• Review and audit HR claims records in the Workday system to identify errors, inconsistencies, or submissions that do not comply with established HR policies • Calculate overpayments and coordinate recovery processes for incorrectly submitted claims • Communicate with staff members via email regarding claim discrepancies and required actions • Update and rectify erroneous claim entries in the system to ensure data accuracy • Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails of all claim reviews and corrections • Prepare regular reports on claim error patterns, recovery amounts, and processing metrics • Liaise with payroll team regarding claim recoveries and payment adjustments • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

• Minimum 1-2 years of HR-related experience preferred; fresh diploma/degree graduates are encouraged to apply • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Prior experience with Workday system is advantageous but not essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong team collaboration skills
