Assistant Director (Systems Management), FLG/FSP

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will be part of the Family Support Division ("FSP") team responsible for the Family Assist Portal and related systems development projects that support the implementation of our programmes. You will be a product manager for Family Assist Portal, as well as a supervisor for managers in the team. Product Management and Operations: • Conduct research and service journeys, and develop a comprehensive roadmap to better serve families facing relationship stressors through Family Assist Portal • Develop user stories, prioritise features, groom product backlogs, taking into consideration impact, feasibility, and strategic importance • Manage system integrations through close collaboration with internal departments, other government agencies and IT vendors • Lead user acceptance testing and follow-up in addressing issues • Track overall progress to ensure alignment to outcome metrics • Drive stakeholder engagement with government agencies, social service partners and other collaborators • Ensure operational quality and support continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee budget monitoring, procurement processes and administrative matters for the Family Assist portal

• At least 5 years of experience in product management and/or systems development • Supervisory experience with ability to guide and support team members • Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines • Strong communication skills. Able to establish good collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to analyse issues from a strategic and systems perspective, while having a good grasp of details and processes. • Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to consider all facets in implementation – business value, user impact, technology readiness and risks • Ability to support senior management in strategic planning and implementation • Knowledge and experience implementing agile/scrum methodology will be an advantage Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 4 weeks from the closing date of this position.
