What you will be working on
This role involves applying data science/AI to transform employment market practices and improve the lives of employers, employees, and fellow MOM officers. The candidate will work with multiple stakeholders across MOM departments and GovTech to design, implement, and manage a variety of data science/AI solutions.
What we are looking for
• Demonstrated ability to experiment rapidly and deploy ML solutions end-to-end. Prior work and personal projects count for much more than specific degrees.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, especially how they work, how to do prompt engineering effectively, and how to build apps with them
• Proficient in using coding assistants to accelerate problem-solving
• Possess a strong desire for continuous learning
• Able to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience
• Takes initiative and ownership to make things succeed
• Prioritise product impact to serve the public good
