What the role is

Project title: Supporting Strategic Planning Team within Communications and Engagement Department Assist with strategic planning activities including media monitoring, comms coordination, and stakeholder management. Support the development of strategic frameworks and contribute to planning documentation and presentations.

What you will be working on

- Help in coordinating and providing support for the Strat Planning team – e.g. coordinate sharing of brand guidelines, media monitoring for emerging issues, develop messaging for comms plans. - Provide admin support where needed – e.g. Help with BAU work such as consolidating data for weekly/monthly comms grid/comms dashboard

What we are looking for

- Possess critical thinking skills - Resourceful and meticulous - Design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe) - Film and Video editing (Capcut)
