What you will be working on
• Conceptualise and develop storyboards for short-form video content that effectively promotes WOG learning
• Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos optimised for different social media platforms
• Have a keen eye for trends, stay abreast of the latest social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with the platform's learning objectives and organisation’s branding guidelines
• Possess the competencies to craft and create content compelling content that resonates with public officers
• Optimise video content for each platform's specific requirements and best practices
• Analyse content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
What we are looking for
• Strong proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro/ After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar)
• Knowledge of camera operation and videography techniques
• Familiarity with current social media trends, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible, engaging manner
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about public sector initiatives and learning programmes
