CCE Performance Dashboard Developer Intern

What the role is

You will be interning with the Communications & Customer Engagement (CCE) Department. • Collaborate with TL and CX team to scope out dashboard requirements and identify key performance metrics that drive coaching decisions. • Study data schemas across diverse data sources to develop core datasets that power the performance dashboard. • Process and transform data from multiple sources using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) concepts to ensure data quality and consistency, integrating data from different sources. • Establish database structures to store historical data and support trend analysis overtime. • Build dashboard using Tableau with CSV upload function to develop and automate trend analysis and visualisations to enable internal key stakeholders to self-service and track performance metrics. • Participate in user acceptance testing and conduct briefings/training sessions for TL and CX team on dashboard usage. • Assist in the operationalisation and roll-out of the dashboard, including documentation and user guides.

What you will be working on

At the end of the internship, the intern will have developed a centralised performance dashboard that consolidates CSO performance data from multiple sources into a single, intuitive view for the CX team to monitor service quality and drive performance improvements. This transforms time-consuming manual data consolidation into automated performance tracking, enabling proactive coaching and early identification of performance issues. The dashboard will: • Aggregate data from multiple systems automatically • Enable performance reports to be generated in 10 minutes (vs. hours of manual consolidation) • Provide real-time visibility into team and individual CSO performance for data-driven coaching • Include comprehensive documentation for stability and future maintenance

What we are looking for

• Final-year university student • Studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field • Minimum GPA: 3.5/5.0 or equivalent • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Adaptability to changing requirements Essential Skills: • Full-stack development (Python/JavaScript) • Data visualisation libraries (Streamlit, Dash, or Tableau) • Database management (SQL/R/Python) • UI/UX design basics • Version control (Git) Bonus Skills: • Government cloud deployment experience • Experience with data analytics dashboards • Knowledge of data security best practices
