What you will be working on
- Provide end-to-end management and advice on all disciplinary cases
- Maintain disciplinary database and perform comprehensive data and trend analysis
- Manage disciplinary issues through proactive education
- Review disciplinary-related policies in collaboration with MINDEF/SAF agencies
Challenge(s)
- Understanding the intricacies of organisational issues and dynamics to recommend appropriate courses of action
- Developing an understanding of the SAF disciplinary system and demonstrating maturity to engage effectively with various agencies and stakeholders
- Handling disciplinary cases with tact and sensitivity
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource, Personnel Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Personnel Management or a relevant field
- Meticulous and pays close attention to details
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Good logical and critical thinking abilities
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal abilities and confidence in stakeholder engagement
