As a member of HDB’s Strategic Communications & Engagement Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies and initiatives, to drive awareness and promote understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes.

What you will be working on
Your role will involve the development and management of HDB’s corporate website and digital services to provide a seamless user experience, and to deliver relevant content and information that meet customers’ needs.
This may include:
a) Leading the design, development and delivery of our website and digital services, and managing the project procurement and budget
b) Developing and implementing a content strategy for our website that incorporates best practices for SEO, AEO, GEO and AIO
c) Creating and maintaining high-quality and engaging content on our website, while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pages
d) Managing website content publishing workflows
e) Defining, tracking and reporting key performance indicators of our website and digital services, using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and gathering and analysing user feedback through various channels
f) Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners to facilitate collaborations in the design and development of the website and digital services
Depending on your experience and suitability, you may also be involved in one or more of the following:
• Developing and producing written, visual, and rich media content to publicise HDB’s programmes and initiatives
• Planning and executing marketing communications campaigns to drive understanding of HDB’s work and amplify HDB’s messages
• Research and analysis of HDB’s communications and public sentiments to guide campaigns, marketing communications and engagement efforts
What we are looking for
• Relevant background with at least 3 – 5 years of working experience, preferably in product/ project management, digital marketing, content strategy and copywriting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in digital/ UX design, or management of digital platforms/ websites will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• You should have a keen interest in current affairs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract as a start, with a potential for renewal thereafter. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
